Today in class, we did 25 minutes of SSR and then small groups and the whole class discussed the homework questions for "The Interlopers."  After that, I distributed 3 handouts, each with a different set of Literary Elements that are connected to the short stories that we have been and will be reading.  Then, I discussed the final exam and we took a practice test to prepare for the final exam.  Here are the handouts:
