On Monday, April 15, I introduced the new unit (Coming-of-Age Literary Circle Novels).  Today, I finished the introduction/overview and students read chapters from several of the novels that are choices and then students chose which novels they wanted to read and checked them out from the library.  The first reading assignment is due on Friday, April 19.  Here is the reading calendar for this unit.  Students should see me for make-up work.
